Scoping

Peters & Co helps software projects become tangible. Scoping is the first step.

If the project scope is left to be fuzzy at the outset, it leads to scope creep and the associated budget blowouts further down the track.

To prevent scope creep, you must separate the could do from the will do, the might do from can do, and the nice to have from the cannot do without.

Given a proper scope, expectations can be better aligned with the budget.

Getting this wrong during the initial phase can be costly or lethal further down the track.
